HousefulA shared calendar for everyone under one roof
Everyone,on the samepage.
One calendar for the whole house, each person in their own color. Ask who’s coming, share the grocery list, and set reminders that come back until someone actually does the thing.
Free on iPhone and the web. No ads, no trackers.
Right now, the plan
is everywhere.
Houseful puts it
in one place.
Megan.
Each person in their own color
A coloris a person.
In Houseful a color never decorates anything. It’s somebody. Glance at the week and you know who’s at the dentist, who has the car, and which nights are everyone’s.
Tap a name to see just theirs.
How it works
Built for how ahouse actually runs.
01of 06
Just say it.
Tap the mic and say “Noah’s soccer game Saturday at 9.” Houseful knows your family’s names and reads times the way people say them.
02of 06
Snap the flyer. Get the dates.
Take a photo or a screenshot of a school flyer, a team schedule or a text. Houseful finds every date, and you pick which to add.
03of 06
Nobody buys the milk twice.
Shared grocery, to-do and wishlist lists show who already got it, the moment they check it off.
04of 06
It comes back until it’s done.
Choose how much help each reminder needs: keep it in the app, get one notification, or have it come back until you mark it done. Tap Done right from the notification.
05of 06
Ask who’s coming.
Adding an event doesn’t buzz everyone. Tap the people you want to ask and see who can make it at a glance.
06of 06
Send it to anyone.
Text any event or list to anyone, even if they don’t use Houseful. They see it on a simple page and can add it to their own calendar. Turn the link off whenever you like.

Fewer group texts.
More taco nights.
Circles
One house.A few circles.
Put your household in a circle and everyone sees the same plans. Keep a Personal circle just for you, and add circles for grandparents, a partner or friends planning a trip.
Invite them with a text
They can join right in their browser, then get the app. Or type their email instead.
Each thing stays where it belongs
An event lives in the circle you add it to. Book club doesn’t show up on Grandma’s phone.
And the rest
The small thingsthat make it feelfinished.
- BirthdaysEach person adds their own once and chooses whether their circles see it.
- IdeasSave the restaurant someone mentioned, a gift idea or a plan for the weekend.
- WidgetsToday and what’s next, on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
- A morning summaryThe day ahead, at the hour you choose.
- Apple and Google CalendarA read-only link, so your week shows up there too. Import from Apple Calendar.

- On the webThe same calendar in any browser. Notifications need the iPhone app.
Privacy

Only what you choose
Scanning sends only the photo you pick to find the dates. Calendar import reads only the calendars you choose.
Your voice stays yours
Voice input uses Apple’s speech recognition, and Houseful doesn’t keep the audio.
Yours to delete
Delete your account from Settings and your data goes with it, including any circle only you were in.
